No Refunds or Exchanges
All purchases are final once a transaction is completed. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable content, and educational consulting services, all sales are non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has been delivered. This includes but is not limited to online courses, educational materials, consulting sessions, and any other digital offerings.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered only in the following circumstances: duplicate charges or billing errors, or technical errors that prevent service delivery. Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us directly to resolve your concern violates this policy. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of your access to all services and digital products, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover associated costs.
